"Most Items Came Through, But Not Everything"
Most of the items I ordered were available, but a few were missing, which was a bit frustrating. I understand things can be out of stock, but I was expecting everything to be included or at least some kind of compensation for the inconvenience

"My order went through without any issues..."
My order went through without any issues, so that part was totally fine. The only thing that bugged me was the tracking, it wasn’t very clear and seemed to update later than expected, so I kept checking to figure out where my package actually was. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably not a big deal, and my items did arrive in the end. I just think the shipping updates could be easier to follow.

"Checkout Shouldn’t Be This Much of a Hassle"
I was just trying to order a couple of items, but the payment kept failing even though there was nothing wrong with my card. I have a basic standard for online checkout: it should either work or clearly tell you what’s wrong. After a few tries, the order finally went through, but then I noticed two pending charges on my account. Customer service told me to wait a few days, which I get, but it was still annoying. Not the worst experience ever, just way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Cancelling Shouldn’t Be This Complicated"
I tried to cancel my order soon after placing it, assuming it would be a quick and simple thing. Apparently that was optimistic. The whole process was weirdly unclear, and I kept checking my email and account like maybe some confirmation would magically appear, but nope, nothing really made me feel like it was actually handled.

Customer service wasn’t exactly a lifesaver either. They mostly gave me the kind of basic replies that make you wonder if anyone actually read your message. For something as simple as cancelling an order, it took way more time and stress than it needed to. Lesson learned, I guess. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The box was ripped and kinda crushed when it got here. The stuff inside was barely protected, so yeah not great tbh

"Fit was off and the return was a hassle"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was really strange—tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others. I also tried to get the basic return handled, but it felt like even that simple request wasn’t really being listened to, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m sending it back and probably won’t order clothes from here again

"Exchange took way, way too long"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured exchanging it would be simple, but it ended up being slow, slow and kind of confusing. I had to reach out to support twice before things actually moved along. I did get the exchange done eventually, but yeah, it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience.

"Outlet Prices? Yeah Right."
I went in expecting actual outlet deals, but a lot of the prices still felt ridiculous. The so-called discount codes were basically useless on the stuff I actually wanted, which made the whole thing feel like a cheap little bait-and-switch situation. By the time I got to the final price, it wasn’t much better than what I’d pay at a regular store. Disappointing, not gonna lie

"Kept freezing and I finally gave up"
The site kept freezing on me, and the filters kept resetting over and over, which got really frustrating. Checkout was confusing too, so after spending way too much time trying to make it work, I just gave up

"Looked nice, but didn’t survive the wash"
I remember liking this when it arrived, though I don’t remember every little detail now. What I do remember is washing it once and then noticing it had started falling apart. Disappointing because I was expecting it to hold up better.

"Return Was Fine, Just a Little Slow"
I ordered a couple things from Bloomingdale's Outlet, and one of them didn’t fit right so I had to send it back. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, but printing the label and boxing everything up was kind of annoying. The refund did show up eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. I kept checking my account for over a week. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been smoother

"Checkout was frustrating, but I did get my order in"
I tried ordering a jacket and the whole checkout process was kind of annoying. It kept freezing right after I entered my card info, so I had to refresh the page a couple of times. At one point my cart total changed too, which made me a little unsure about going through with it. The order did finally go through, and I’m happy I was able to get the jacket, but the buying experience definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

I went to pick up my order and ended up waiting way longer than expected. When I finally got someone to check, part of the order was missing, and the staff didn’t really seem to know what to do about it. Just a really frustrating pickup experience

I ordered from bloomingdalesoutlet the shipping was much slower than it should have been. The tracking barely updated for days, and my order ended up arriving way later than I expected. I get that delays happen, but it feels like customers deserve clearer communication and a more reliable timeline, especially after spending their money. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience and not really worth the wait.

Customer service was painfully slow. I messaged them about my order and waited days just to get a reply that didn’t even answer my question. I had to keep following up, and it felt like nobody was actually reading my emails. Save your time and avoid the stress.

"Wrong items, and I kind of saw where this was going"
I ordered three items, and somehow only one of them was actually correct. One was the wrong size, and another was completely different from what I picked. The packing slip even had my right order on it, so I’m assuming something went wrong when they were packing it, because it wasn’t like I ordered the wrong stuff. Customer service took forever to respond, and every reply was basically just telling me to return it, which made it feel like they weren’t really trying to fix anything. Frustrating overall, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again
